1. Service Description

BrickMaster AI provides LEGO brick identification via computer vision, set matching, collection management, and AI building advice.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 13+. Under 18 requires parental consent.

3. Subscription Tiers

Free, Hobbyist (৳200/mo / $1.99), Builder (৳600/mo / $5.99), Master (৳1000/mo / $9.99). Web purchases run for the paid period and do not renew automatically. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play auto-renew unless cancelled in the respective store.

• If you bought through the App Store (iPhone or iPad): cancel any time in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If you bought through Google Play: cancel any time in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• If you bought on brickmaster.ai: a web plan is a 30-day pass paid once. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Free trial. When offered, the 3-day free trial unlocks all features on one device without an account and requires no payment details. One trial per device. If you create an account during your trial, the remaining trial days carry over to that account. When the trial ends, the app returns to the Free tier — nothing is charged.

4. AI & API Content

Brick identification uses Brickognize AI and is approximate — verify important identifications manually. Where market pricing is displayed, it is sourced from third-party services (BrickOwl/BrickLink), is market-based and fluctuates. AI-generated MOC images carry a "CRA" watermark.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use for commercial resale intelligence without permission
• Do not scrape or automate the scan API
• Do not upload non-LEGO images to abuse AI features
• Community MOCs must be original — no IP infringement

6. LEGO Trademark

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise, or endorse BrickMaster AI. All LEGO set names and numbers are used for identification purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is". Not liable for incorrect identifications or pricing estimates. Maximum liability limited to 12 months of fees.

8. Governing Law

Laws of Bangladesh. Disputes resolved in Dhaka courts.
