1. Overview

BrickMaster AI is a digital subscription service. We do not ship physical goods, so no physical returns apply. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a paid subscription and how refunds are processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charge — you were billed more than once for the same subscription period, or charged an incorrect amount.
• Service not delivered — payment was completed but your plan was not activated on your account.
• First-purchase guarantee — if you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
• Billing after cancellation — you cancelled a subscription but were charged for a subsequent period.

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods already consumed, or for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Refund Timeline

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or mobile financial service (e.g., bKash, Nagad), it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your statement.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email info@brickmaster.ai from the email address associated with your BrickMaster AI account.
2. Include the transaction ID (from your payment confirmation), the date of the charge, and the reason for the request.
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days. If approved, the refund follows the timeline in Section 3.

5. Cancellation

If you bought through the App Store (iPhone or iPad): open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose BrickMaster AI and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple stops the renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you bought through Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose BrickMaster AI and tap Cancel subscription. Google stops the renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

If you bought on brickmaster.ai: a web plan is a 30-day pass paid once through SSLCommerz. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel — your plan simply ends 30 days after payment and you are never charged again unless you buy another pass.

6. Payment Methods

Payments in Bangladesh are processed securely via SSLCommerz (cards, mobile banking, and internet banking). Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded per the respective store's refund policy. Refunds for web purchases are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
